URS Capital was founded by Brian Ursino in 2012 following more than 15 years working on both the lending and broker sides of real estate finance. His previous role was as a Director at Marcus & Millichap Capital.
URS Capital specializes in structuring real estate finance solutions for a wide variety of asset classes—including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, self storage, mobile home parks and commercial owner-occupied properties—with typical loan sizes ranging from $1 million to $50 million and up. We have transactional experience in almost every state in the U.S., with particular expertise in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Florida and Texas.

Brian Ursino
Managing Principal
With extensive experience as both a commercial mortgage broker and direct lender, Brian brings a unique perspective and skill set to the commercial real estate finance business. In his nine years at Marcus & Millichap Capital, Brian underwrote more than $2 billion of real estate and closed hundreds of transactions across the country in virtually every asset class. He was consistently a top originator nationally and worked in five major market offices on both east and west coasts. Brian graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC) with an emphasis in finance. He travels between California and New York regularly to manage both URS Capital offices.
